Meet Mimi

I’m Mimi Klosterman, owner of Your Virtual Services and proud mom to eight.

Yes, you heard that right; I do have eight children. Some people may think that’s a little crazy, but my family is my core motivation for building a flourishing online business.

I became a Certified Online Business Manager (OBM) because I wanted to be around as my kids grew up. I want them to know that they can create their own success in life. Setting an example, as the owner of my own business, shows them what is possible through hard work and integrity.

I also want to help my clients experience this same level of success and autonomy. Over the years, I’ve worked with Financial Advisors, coaches, consultants, speakers, and authors. Each of them started their entrepreneurship journey because they had a passion for helping others with their product or service.

Here’s the common thread: None of my clients are satisfied with “busy work” and clocking into a “normal” job.

That’s where I come in. I seamlessly integrate into my clients’ businesses to help them take the busy work off of their plates. That frees up their time so they can focus on why they started their businesses in the first place.

As a mom and as an OBM, I can easily juggle and manage multiple projects at any one time. I can step in to manage your tasks directly or manage your team of virtual help. With my technical expertise, I know how long tasks should take and how to prioritize them. My extensive industry knowledge and ongoing education allows me to keep up with cutting edge strategies that I can bring to your organization.

Experience with Financial Advisors

In 2016, I became the OBM for a financial advisor who also coaches other advisors. I quickly learned about the unique struggles these professionals faced in their businesses. I saw how they got buried in paperwork and “busy work” and didn’t have enough time to build relationships with their clients or grow their practices.

My business has since evolved to focus on serving Financial Advisors with a suite of custom services (hyperlink to main services page) to help them find, train, and empower a highly competent virtual assistant who will love their business as much as they do.
