Let me start by saying, I have eight children. Some people may think that’s a little crazy, but at the very least what it tells you about me is that family is important. I adore my children and I want to be there for them as they grow up. This lead me into looking for opportunities to work from home and ultimately – becoming an online business manager.
I also want my children to grow up with the notion that they have control of their lives – they don’t need to have a boss telling them what to do. They can create their own success, and setting an example for them as the owner of my own business shows them this is possible.
I want the same thing for my clients. All of my clients, whether they are coaches, consultants, speakers, or authors start their businesses because they have a passion and want to create for themselves. They are not the type of people that are satisfied with “busy work” and clocking in to a “normal” job.
I help my clients get back to their passion by taking the busy work off of their plate and managing their team for them – so they can focus on what is really important to them and why they started their business in the first place.
I got my start as a virtual assistant with a focus on the technical aspects of running an online business. I really enjoy what I do, and over the last 5 years I’ve taken many courses in online marketing strategies, sales funnel management, and product launches.
In addition to my own clients, I also managed and assisted various virtual assistant teams. What I have found is that I like working on ongoing projects like product launches and analyzing the metrics/statistics on what worked and didn’t work so they can be improved for next time.
I also discovered that even though entrepreneurs may hire a team of experts, oftentimes they are still not being as productive as they could and their time is consumed by managing their team.
Because they’re managing their team, they are not able to focus on growing their business, and making the impact they set out to. Initiatives to reach more people get put on the back burner, the work they’re doing with clients gets overshadowed by their looming to do list, and they dread talking with their business coach because they always leave with an overwhelming list of things they should be doing – but can’t possibly add anything else to their plate.
Realizing this need, I decided to become a Certified Online Business Manager.
One of my strengths is being able to juggle and manage multiple projects at any one time. With my technical expertise, I know how long tasks should take and how to prioritize them. Another benefit is with my industry knowledge and ongoing education I keep up with cutting edge strategies that I can bring to your business and provide feedback on different ways we can improve your processes.
The bottom line is – your business needs more brainpower. I can be your partner, and take the day to day running of the business off your plate so that you can focus on what you truly enjoy.
